Joana Vasconcelos has made an intervention on a 100-metre wind turbine, alongside artist Vhils (Alexandre Farto), for the WindArt Project, a unique projet that explores the integration of the wind turbines in the landscape.

The project is promoted by Ancora Wind Energia Eólica SA and celebrates the construction of the Douro Sul Wind Farm, one of Europe’s largest wind farms, located in the northern Portuguese village of Moimenta da Beira.
